I want to expand my Spanish. I can basically carry on a simple conversation but it seems nerves

I want to expand my Spanish. I can basically carry on a simple conversation but it seems nerves sometimes causes me to freeze up and blank out when I am trying to respond. I am thinking that maybe I could use a class that does more than conjugate words but helps me to listen and respond within a conversation, what would you recommend?
