Sales-Force Management
Develop a literature review that includes at least two of the required readings within the books and resources for this week and at least three other scholarly peer-reviewed studies published within the past five years. The literature review should examine how sales-force management may work to enhance either retail or commercial consultative selling. You should synthesize the findings in your own words to help the reader interpret the findings, use analogies and experiences as needed to discuss and analyze the study findings, and explain the relevance of these findings to your argument. In addition, provide recommendations on how organizations may address consultative selling and sales-force management within todays identified market trends.
