Proposed Research Instrument Submission
Develop the appropriate research tool—survey, interview guide, experimental design, test, or another—based on your instructor approved proposed research method (see attached paper). The proposed instrument must meet the following criteria:
•Data-gathering using the proposed instrument must be completed within 4 to 5 weeks of approval of the instrument by the faculty member.
•In addition to the research instrument, the student must submit a proposed data analysis strategy to analyze and draw information from the responses to the proposed research tool.
•If human subjects are involved, the student and instructor must follow Institutional Review Board policies and submit the proposed instrument, if needed.
