Managing Change – Outline

 Managing Change In this course, you will complete a term project that will be based on an area of interest with regard to managing change. This term project is due in Module 8. In this module, you will submit an outline of this project. In your outline, be sure to include the following elements: • 1–2 paragraphs describing a brief overview of the project • Your intended thesis statement • An outline of the proposed project (For example, introduction, key points, conclusion, etc.) In addition, be sure to demonstrate a clear understanding of the organization to be studied, the challenge requiring a change intervention, and the change strategy that will address the challenge as discussed.
