BrewDog was born in 2007 and has since powered its way to launching a plethora of craft beers, opening hotels and bars and doing some really cutting- edge marketing/events. Specifically, for our interests in stakeholders, 2009 saw the launch of “Equity for Punks”. Using the platform of Crowdcube, BrewDog encouraged people to buy shares in the company, online and based solely on their business performance and track record.
