I’m thinking it has something to do with identities?

Hello, I am having some real time trouble trying to solve this problem for some reason.
Problem: Substitute t= a tan theta, a>0, 0<theta<pi/2 into the expression sqrt of (1/t^2+a^2). That entire equation is under the sqrt sign and the answer is somehow cos theta/a? Thank you
