Heat loss through a piping system.

Hi all
My question is.. a piping system of 200 meters long carries water at 75 degrees C in a 300mm dia pipe with wall thickness of 10mm… what is the heat loss from the pipe and what will the final temperature be after the 200meters… if someone could explain how to do this I would be very great full..
