Explain how you understand moderation as the pathway to virtue.

Reflective papers should have an introduction, body and conclusion and students are encouraged to use I.
The introduction should be where the writer shares, either directly or indirectly, what the overall focus of the reflection will be. The body should explain what the writer has learned and the process of that learning. The conclusion summarizes the changes in learning or new ways of seeing the world and how that might impact the present and the future. A strong reflective writer will provide specific and supporting details for what and how these changes and moments of learning have occurred. For this assignment how you think and how you have drawn conclusions will be important components. Explain how your thinking unraveled as you approached the topic and how it relates to what you have learned in this class, in other courses and your experiences in the program.
At The University of Northern British Columbia, the following recommendations for approaches to reflective writing was a part of their Student Success Centre. I have made some minor adjustments for the sake of our project. Your paper must be written in a prose format, meaning that these questions are guidelines, not to be answered one for one. They will help you lay the foundation for your reflective paper, but you do not have to use them.
