In class, we discussed the following statement by a Calvin Klein, Inc. spokesperson, published in The New York Times: “We are confident that we have violated no laws, and to suggest otherwise is sheer demagoguery.” Critically analyse this statement by applying the Ethical “Tests” we discussed in class.
