electronic scoreboard

i am trying to build a scoreboard for a twenty20 cricket match to show all the game logics. the circuit im going to build has microprocessor connected to 7-segment displays which will show the result using C programming. i will be using drivers and counters to count up and down. i will also use latches and will use the buttons to enter the inputs. i nee you to write me a report from 50 pages about this circuit (i will do the programming bit) u only do me the circuit diagram and write the report in how i manage all the project parts. the writer can contact me at anytime to help him/her in what i need to be written. can you do this in a week?? thanks.
