Workbook 2:

You have to undertake an in-depth evaluation of the following website:

Provide an overview and description of the nominated website. Identify and elaborate the main feature or

features of the website. Identify the positive and negative aspects of the website. Draw particular attention

to the interaction and usability aspects of the interface. In addition, you have to answer the following two

questions for the website:

Question 1: Determine whether it is in the exposure stage, interaction stage, e-commerce stage or ebusiness

stage. Provide reasons for your answer.

Question 2: Provide an estimation of the hardware and software requirements of the current website.

Question 3: Analyse the current website and formulate an E-Commerce implementation strategy to present

to the owner of the website. E-Commerce implementation strategy should take into account all the services

of the website. Your answer for this question should be at least 500 words.

Question 4: Provide an estimation of the hardware and software requirements of the proposed ECommerce

website you proposed in Question 3.

General remarks:

Your report must include, as a minimum, the following:

Be written in the required format for a short business report.
Include a title page, executive summary, table of contents, introduction, headings, subheadings, conclusion, reference list and appendices where appropriate.
Include in-text references and a correctly formatted reference list. (NB: you must reference all

information you obtain about business models, companies and supporting sources in accordance to

the Harvard Referencing.

Include at least three (3) references other than the textbook, sourced from relevant academic

journals.
