You will be expected to structure the essay according to themes whereby you discuss pertinent reasons as to why change management is needed one by one.
You should not just describe these reasons e.g. technological changes but should also analyse and answer the so what question? What impact does technology exert on customers that makes it increase the need for change management?
Should be supported with plenty of academic references.
Give a sense of why the field has developed
Use information from lecture 1- what does modern economic society tell us about the need for change management? Can use information from all other lectures too

Conclusions
Summarise the literature and give a sense of where the field is going.
Refer back to the main starting point and say whether or not change management is needed in modern organisations
Make sure your conclusions are logically based on the preceding discussion of the literature.
