Reflective ReportObjective:This assessment task requires you to critically reflect on two relevant work-related activities and present asummary of the actions and associated activities to evidence performance.A brief description of the task:This task requires you to watch the professional practice videos and write a reflection, focusing on 2 key elements from the EA graduate competencies. These reflections should demonstrate your in-depth understandingof the graduate competencies and their utility to you as a future engineer. Hence, you should make clear whyit is important to ensure that you are competent in all aspects of engineering practice and the role that CPDplays in this.What you need to do:You are required to submit an individual report of no more than 2500 words. As a rough guide, you shouldhave an introduction about the engineer you are discussing and their career (as it relates to the subsequentreflection) of approximately 500 words, then each (2) reflection should be 700–800 words, followed by a conclusion of 300–400 words. Your work should be detailed, clear and use appropriate language. You should pickexamples that allow you to critically analyse what they did, including how they could have done the work better.Assessment requirements:• This assignment is to be undertaken individually.• Make sure that any analysis you present is your own work and not simply a summary of what is presentedin source or reference materials.• Use figures and tables sparingly and only if necessary.• Use a basic and common font (i.e. Arial or Times New Roman).• Use an appropriate font size (10 or 12 pt).• Adhere to the word limit (2500 max).• Your submission should be in a simple text-based format, with an appropriate layout consisting of sections(with section headings).Weighting:This assessment item is worth 40% of your final mark for this unit.Submission deadline:This report must be submitted via CloudDeakin by 8:00 pm Monday the 3rd of May.
